    Ringing for an appointment, is most stressful. My experience. Starting 10am rang about 5 times told to ring back later, lunch time rang 38th in the Queue. Pressed 0, waited got ring back mid afternoon, informed duty Doctor would ring me. So waited. Never received a call back. I did resolve this by visiting the surgery a few days afterwards I am 86 years old and found this extremely stressful. The Staff that dealt with my complaint was apologetic and put the matter right. Also the Nurse that treated me was excellent.

    Despite a glitch with re ordering my many tablets using the computerised system, a quick visit to the reception had it resolved in 5 minutes. Thank you so much Team Hollybrook.

    Great experience today, from the minute I walked in my first interaction with receptionist was very positive. She was warm and sorted out my query and printed off my blood test form. I was then seen by an extremely professional and compassionate Advanced Clinical Practitioner. Both a credit to the surgery.

    This was my first time attending since leaving my previous surgery so I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The surgery was nice and clean, the receptionist was very helpful and polite and my appointment wasn't rushed.

    The staff do everything they can to help no matter how stressful their job may be. Reception staff are fantastic. Doctors are brilliant and try to help. Pharmacy are also excellent and listen even to this old lady who does waffle.

    I arrived for my appointment a few mins early, I didn’t wait too long to be seen . I saw the Anp who was lovely, very friendly and put me at ease . She listened whilst I explained the reason for my visit , was very accommodating and nothing was any trouble . Thank you for the service I received.

    It is almost impossible to make an appointment I have rung every day for two weeks and not been able to book one No options to have a call back but just to call back later It’s very sad for patients with urgent conditions and the elderly No wonder people complain and resort to A & E and urgent care centres

    Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry you have found difficulty in making an appointment. If you choose option 2 when you are in the calling queue the system will We completely understand the frustrations of our patients and recognise the difficulties experienced in getting through on the phones and accessing appointments. Unfortunately, this is a problem experienced by GP Practices right across the country due to staffing constraints and very high levels of patient demand. Currently we receive in excess of 50,000 calls per month which makes it difficult to manage. However, we continue to try and recruit more staff both clinically and non-clinically and make improvements to try and meet more of the patient demand than we currently do.     I have tried to book an appointment on line and all that comes up is smear test for type of appointment. this is not what I need an appointment for. There were no other options.
