    Grateful for consistently excellent service from staff who are kind, helpful and knowledgeable - going above and beyond. Attended recently for an injection. As ever the nurse was very helpful, friendly and kind.

    I was not rushed at all and never made to feel like I was on a time limit. The Doctor was knowledgable, kind and explained everything clearly. She made sure I understood everything and was happy and organised when she would check in with me next. Always impressed with The Hollies!

    I’ve just wasted 2 hours at the Hallamshire H to give a blood sample . I couldn’t because no one told me I had to fast 12 hours.

    I saw the GP for a face to face appointment for a couple of chronic issues. He listened and gave time for me to talk but was also very solution focused and realistic. I left feeling satisfied with the next steps. Great surgery

    Went for my vitb12 injection. The practice nurse was understanding and helpful. Good experience of seeing the nurse. Recommend seeing the practice nurse.

    Recently had my medications review with pharmacist .Went through and reviewed all my medicines very pleasant and knowledgeable manner , took time to answer questions around general side effects etc noted that I needed a follow up on my BP and pre diabetes referral excellent service

    Surgery so helpful with sorting out a flu vaccine for our daughter at the practice rather than us having to traipse across the city! So grateful!

    I had been putting off attending the GP mianly because previous experiences meant id have to wait 5 weeks. By which time there was no point. In Jan i made an appointment, saw a GP that day, had bloods the following weekend and received next steps all within 5 days. Having started the course of medication i needed that day. All I can say is this is what or how I feel a GP service is supposed to feel like and compared to others a shining example of the NHS. The use of technology is excellent, effective communication and wider services, swift and proficient.
