    Really quick to get an appt, rang me in the offered window, practical, empathetic advice, able to ask questions, not hurried. Excellent service.

    This has been my practise for many years and have always been helpful and caring.I have today had a problem with my repeat prescription but a lady from the dispensary phoned me and was very friendly and had very quickly solved my problem,amazing service.

    The dementia review was very thorough and the practitioner was very patient and kind, however an opportunity was lost to check the health of the carer who attended with the patient. Every contact counts to do BP and pulse etc for caters who are people and patients too. Please can it be noted that unpaid carers are under enormous stress at times and if their health suffers the person they are caring for will be in a difficult position.

    Recently had a medication review with the pharmacist and it went very well. She was kind when I had a moment. The practice is always responsive to emails calls and you are never made to feel a bother. I feel supported.

    I am very happy with the response from the pharmacist to a recent telephone appointment where all my queries were discussed and advice and help given. The advice given was knowledgeable and fully explained, and I valued the two-way conversation to decide on the best way forward. Such good and friendly service was very much appreciated.

    I am a regular visitor ATM, having a dressing change. The practice nurses always greet me warmly, keep me up to date on my healing process and treatment plan. I feel very well looked after. Thank you.

    I had a telephone appointment with the pharmacist to discuss medication. I was extremely impressed with the care shown and thoroughness of the conversation. He explained everything in detail which was easy to understand and answered all my questions sensitively and thoroughly.

    This practice has always been very supportive of me. My most recent appointment was a face to face follow up with a GP. The practice has just increased the hours of access to the Accurix system and the appointment was easy to make using this. I requested a specific GP and had a text confirmation the same day. I felt well supported and heard by the GP as always and left feeling very reassured.

    Staff were patient, reassuring & friendly on the phone. They called me earlier than planned because they had the time to do so & even when I didn't pick up the first time, they still tried a few other times. I also feel that they really listened and went the extra mile.
