    I attended for a vaccination and was early but dealt with straight away due to a cancellation. Consultation the same day for a different issue was kind courteous and thorough. Really great service.

    I had two telephone appointments one after the other last week. I spoke to a GP, said I was ready to start on statins, prescription was approved and issued, some advice given. All very efficient. I then had a prescription review with the Clinical Pharmacy Team who were wonderful. They approved my regular medication for another year but then went on to engage with me and answer all my question about starting on statins. They had my medical notes in front of them, they could see full blood test results. They were reassuring, encouraging, extremely professional. I felt so much better having spoken to the Clinical Pharmacy Team and I can’t thank them enough.

    The surgery needed to move my advance booked appointment and on the day, the GP I had been seeing about ongoing care noticed I was on the patient list with another Dr so she made sure she saw me herself which I massively appreciated as she knows my history. The GP listened sympathetically to my symptoms and gave time to discuss them thoroughly including looking back through my notes. She has arranged further follow-on care to investigate further my symptoms and ensure there is nothing concerning behind them.

    The telephone medication review I had with the clinical pharmacist was on time, informative and professional. I felt listened to and able to ask as many questions as I wanted, and in such difficult times, I think they should be applauded for the care they show when they are so stretched. Well done the Hollies.

    Whilst reviewing medication, I mentioned an upcoming hospital consultation and GP offered to include an additional blood test so results would be available ready for the consult. Extremely helpful and I’m very grateful. Much appreciated to have such a joined up service.

    A routine intimate Gynaecology appointment was carried out in a relaxed, friendly but professional manner which immediately put me at ease. I was introduced to another doctor who was there just to observe and asked if that was OK with me. Any concerns I had about the procedure were listened to and acted upon. The whole process was efficient and relaxed. I can thoroughly recommend this practice.

    I had cause to contact the practice late afternoon for urgent help. The receptionist was courteous and helpful and assured me that a doctor would contact me that day. Within half an hour I had a phone call from a GP who wasn't my usual one. She issued the prescription that I needed with advice on how to manage until she saw me the following morning. At the appointment she went back over my relevant medical history and listened to my concerns. She has arranged for me to have a scan. I felt reassured and came away very happy with the exceptional care I had received. I cannot recommend The Hollies highly enough.

    In general the practice is really good. However I waited so long for an appointment yesterday that I had to leave without seeing the doctor. I waited 50 mins!! I had to be in Manchester for an interview at 12 so I couldn’t wait any longer. I was actually late.. The appointment was at 9.05 so I can’t understand why the doctor was running so late? There’s usually a wait time of around 30 mins but this was ridiculous!
