    It was really good to be able to see a doctor face to face at last! Very effective review and discussion of my condition which helped me enormously. Very focused course of treatment agreed followed up by a review in 3 months. Perfect!

    2 visits to GP, for treatment and review. Really positive, feel my concerns were listened to and helpful medication. Such a good practice, it does seem possible to get appointments at short notice when needed. Thank you.

    Recently joined Hollies after a house move into this area. Appointment booking system good, great service provided whether face to face appointment or telephone call. Felt listened to and good advice given.

    Doctor was a very good listener and explained the treatment well. Thoughtful and unhurried. The practice is well organised and a pleasant environment. The link with the neighboring pharmacy is very efficient and easy.

    Very helpful receptionist and doctor, altogether satisfied with their service, but find it difficult getting appointments by phone even when ringing on the dot, to be told all appointments have been taken, presumably by online booking. Not everyone wants, has the facility, or is capable of booking online and there should be some allowance and provision for them in the system. But in this modern world systems everywhere just seem to exist to make the provider’s life easier and not the recipients / users who seem to be forgotten in the chase to embrace technology.

    I would not recommend anyone join this practice. I called this morning to request a non-urgent appointment and had the system for getting one explained to me. This was an extremely frustrating and negative experience. This practice has implemented a system which makes it difficult to get an appointment, to reduce the demand on their service. You can only make requests for appointments, even online or non-urgent appontments, during two 30 min windows per day at 8:30 and 10. This means that if you're busy (like doing school run or in meetings) during those two short windows, you can never access treatment at this practice. They are also accepting new patients, meaning they get paid for "caring for" as many patients as possible, while making actually accessing care as difficult as possible.

    Contacted for medication review by pharmacist. Line was terrible , they kept breaking up and the review itself felt rather a tick box than an evaluation of efficacy or value.
