I was seen by the loveliest doctor who was really helpful and incredibly thorough. I was made to feel very at ease and given time to discuss my concerns fully.

I received a reminder for an Appointment I didn’t know about. I made arrangements to take the telephone call at the right time. Nobody rang. I’ve now been asked to review the experience. I don’t know if anyone needs to speak to me or not.

My medication kept needing doubling up pharmacist amended so 2 can be ordered at one time. Pharmacist also took on board system one issue with being able to put regular repete and text request through but only text being delt with. I hope this will be resolved to prevent future issues for patients

Made gp aware i need to be seen quickly for female procedure on arrival. Responded to request while remaining efficient gentle and kind. Felt totally safe and heard

It was really good to be able to see a doctor face to face at last! Very effective review and discussion of my condition which helped me enormously. Very focused course of treatment agreed followed up by a review in 3 months. Perfect!

2 visits to GP, for treatment and review. Really positive, feel my concerns were listened to and helpful medication. Such a good practice, it does seem possible to get appointments at short notice when needed. Thank you.
