Unbelievable today I witnessed the receptionist and GP arguing in reception. I heard everything. I asked for the Practice Manager found out on sick leave if she was there this would not be happening this surgery is getting worse

The last time I had a checkup was when I first registered with the GP and I have been struggling to get another appointment for checkup. I was able to get an urgent appointment 11/2/2025 but did not get appointment confirmation. I called to ask about it, was told I will not get one and I have 2 minutes to show up for my appointment or cancel if I will not be able to make it then call back 8am the next morning to book another one. I filled the staff advice, I called and the call was not going through, and called again at 10.30, was denied an appointment because I cancelled the previous day, staff was rude, raising her voice and rudely dropped the call after.

A lot of new staff and was very busy when I went. The staff were busy but helped and the dr ran behind but she was thorough which was good. New to this surgery but pleased with what I’ve seen so far.

They told you to book on they online website at 8am and when you book they give you next day appointment!! went to them told me online booking from 07:30!! all lies online open at 8am and anyone can see and I have screenshot of it. Also rude new reception I don't know how those people work they need new training to do they job

Today at 4:10 I got appointment for my daughter.i,m in surgery at 4:03 and I go straight to receptionist I gave her my daughter name and d.o.b.after that she said ok.I wait there in surgery for 1 hour and 10 min .after the time she told me that oh do you have a appointment here in surgery.i told her that I gave you my daughter name and d.o.b and you check compute and said ok .now you seems like she don’t know anything.she oh I forgot to click it’s just a human error.if this is a human error she saw me that I’m sitting there all the time why she is not responding if she saw me i,m there more then one hour.she is soooo rude first I go there .she is like we are not humans she is the only one.she is just don’t care about anyone.if she really apologetic she should send me to the doctor because doctors are still in the surgery.because she don’t care she just told me i gave your tomorrow’s appointment.after ruin my 1 and half hour .

Really bad practice called at 8am for 7 days in a row and always user busy when the line does go true apparently fully booked so I don’t get how within 30/60 min off opening your fully booked The receptionist don’t care about your health all they say is call back tommrw after 8 and put the phone down if you are thinking off becoming a patient off this doctor I will think twice you will get better yourself and the surgery will be still user busy Theee is never a permeant doctor to see or even call will never recommend this surgery to a friend or family as even my health is really bad and they don’t care I have to call 111 all the time to get my self looked at or over the phone
