Felt valued and cared for and was able to receive 2 face to face appointments plus follow up call. All of which helped recovery

Once I was through to a doctor and in the system i could not have wished for better service. Getting through is a big issue. Booking of appointments needs to better.

I feel that the type of service, at this GP Surgery, is second to none. They listen, they care, they make you feel like a human being. My doctor will even do drawings so that we are on the same page. I have been a service user for 20 years at this practice and I just can't imagine me going anywhere else.

My visit yesterday to Hobs Moat Medical Centre was really lovely. The desk staff smiled, were very helpful, polite and informative. I was seen on time by the doctor who gave me plenty of opportunity to explain my reason for being there. He was so kind, gave me all his attention plus explained my options, what could be done, what might be the cause, as well as listening and making me feel comfortable. Always talking to me, not at me as happens in many places, and always with a smile. And most important of all he made me feel I really mattered. Thank you.

I attended my gp appointment after waiting 6 weeks for a specific doctor. Lovely doctor, caring and understanding. My knee pain has been continuous for 11 weeks. It was suggested by my gp on the day that I attend a private clinic for a mri scan on my knee. By Friday, four days after my gp appointment I had not heard anything from the clinic, so I emailed the clinic to ask for an appointment date as they request that you do not call them. Only to be informed that no referral request had been received. Called surgery who confirmed that the referral had been sent!!! A message was sent to the administrator to resend the referral but this would not be done until Monday. All I can say this is almost a week wasted.

I have recently suffered with a number of ailments, including shortness of breath, and inflammation of the toe. My general practitioner has been extremely supportive and helped me get past my ailments.

Went to the Doctors really feeling lost and confused ...but the Dr reassured me that he had my best interests at heart and that he's moving quickly to get me seen to at the hospital ..He's confidence reassured me that the this is the best way forward for me and I'm glad that i have got a practice like this..extremely fortunate.

I have just had a consultation with a senior practice Dr I am very satisfied with the way the Dr explained everything thing of my medical condition, he was very reassuring and explained everything in plain language. I came out feeling reassured.

My son was extremely poorly, the practice saw him promptly and the Doctor who attended to us was wonderful, explaining things well to me and in an age appropriate way to my son.

Took 40mins to get through which is really annoying sitting on the phone waiting the phone line’s definitely need improvement before covid this was never the case. Fortunately I got to speak to a dr who sorted my problem straight away which was the only bonus thankfully Please get the way we can get intouch quicker

Thank you Debbie for taking the time to feedback - The telephone system is being worked on currently - I have new staff starting and this will bring my levels up to full - its been unfortunate that in the middle of holiday session we have also had a number of staff go off with Covid. Later this year I hope to offer call backs for people who are unable to sit in a que. All appointments are now offered as Face to FAce or Telephone to suit the patient- Practice Manager
