A couple of years ago I was living my life without any concern and then out of nowhere I suffered extreme back pain. I was fortunate enough to have had a doctor from Hingham Surgery come out to see me at home and called an ambulance to have me admitted into hospital. The hospital diagnosed my complaint and decided I had Discitis, I was lucky to have survived and this was only due to the quick actions of the doctors at Hingham Surgery. Over the last couple of years I have been in considerable pain and discomfort, unable to walk properly but I have been supported and cared for by the doctors at Hingham Surgery. I understand that I will never return to normal again, but with the continued support I am getting from the doctors at Hingham, I am extremely grateful. Thank you for all you have done for me.

Review titled Problem with NHS website

Both I and my wife use the NHS website to order repeat prescriptions at Hingham Surgery. But today we got a message saying the service was unavailable. The site gave no explanation for this. Has the service been discontinued? Does it not accept requests on Good Friday? Or what? I would have liked simply to send an email to the Surgery raising this, but I couldn't find a conventional "Contact us" button on its website.

Despite being at this practice for now over 12 + months, today (05/05/23) it was my 1st time attending in person properly for an appointment and my experience was absolutely heartwarming. I had an appointment with one of the nurses whom I can't name for the review guidelines however the practice will be able to search based on my name. It was the friendliest and nicest appointments I have had with a GP surgery. I have had a tough time lately and I left feeling better generally despite only going to get my bloods taken. Huge Kudos to the Hingham Surgery staff. Each and everyone I have spoken to over the last 12 months have been so friendly. We're very lucky to have such a great practice.
