I like that when you call the surgery at 8am you get the choice between staying on hold or receiving a callback based on your position in the queue. I remained in the queue and there were only 8 people ahead of me so I got through within ten minutes. The receptionist was very efficient and I received my call back from a clinician within 2 hours. Very pleased with the service.

The team are very supportive to me as I am supporting a very vulnerable patient. I live 200 miles away and rely heavily on phone contact. We find solutions to the issues. Thank you

Receptionist polite & helpful - Doctors are good - had a choice of a telephone call back or to be seen face to face , which is excellent. I feel like this GP surgery will always help and not let you suffer- Nurses are great too..

The doctor was excellent very helpful and easy to talk to explained everything and advised a follow up appointment

Today I had to contact the surgery after hearing horror stories lately you dread phoning! However, I phoned at 8am and by 8.10 a pleasant answer to my call (especially when you don’t feel well) I was offered a phone call or face to face appointment within seconds! I chose a call! By 10am I was contacted and my issues dealt with. I am lucky to have a great surgery and the staff are always pleasant and helpful

Very polite and so caring lovely couldn't ask for a better nurse she was above and beyond made me feel relaxed she listened to me took time to talk to me and was just so nice about everything she advised me and told me not to worry that we would sort things out with my weight when my breathing got a bit better I left the surgery feeling a lot more relaxed than I did with my last review.

I called the surgery for a callback regarding blood results for my son. I got through very quickly. My callback rom the GP was within the time frame given. The Doctor was helpful and very understanding. I have to give this surgery credit. The staff at reception are always very helpful.

It was a telephone conversation with the doctor about my medication and he was able to sort it and I now have the right medication.
