I left a request for a prescription to be made over a week ago and it still is yet to get done. The nurse left a voicemail on there where she spoke quietly and was mumbling that even after listening to the call multiple times I had no idea what she was saying. Tried calling surgery back multiple times with no answer

I have spoken with the GP surgery on a number of occasions recently and I am appalled at the receptionists phone manner when answering any query. This is from experience of phoning up for an "on the day" appointment and also phoning up at other times of the day as well. Today, the receptionist that answered my call for an "on the day" appointment, didn't let me finish my sentence before cutting me off to speak over me. this didn't just happen once but multiple times on the call, leading to me having to repeat myself and my reasoning for an appointment repeatedly, along with my other details. This is not an isolated experience recently. The service for this GP surgery has been declining greatly over the past year or so.

No appointments for 3 weeks and no follow up appointments from a month ago. May as well not ring and save the stress. At least the 111 service was 100% there and listen to your problems.

30 minutes this morning to get an appt. No times given, can be anytime between 8 and 6 for phone call. Phone finally rings at 4.30 but after 2 rings hung up. Rang doctors to be told tough, you'll have to ring tomorrow now for another appt. Receptionist not bothered and rude. Time for change now and stop the telephone appts, esp with no time slot. Very disappointed

You can never get an appointment, I’ve try 3 times to order tablets that I can’t get in repeat at each time I’m told call back tomorrow, there’s no appointments. It’s a 5 min conversation!!!! I’m not let with no pain killer because of the staff that work there
