I rang today about my daughter I had a few receptionist work together and help me within minutes and get my daughter the right treatment. Cannot thank this medical practice enough!

The Receptionist went over and beyond for me to get an urgent appointment with the doctor. She was amazing and made me feel so relaxed when I spoke with her. The doctor was really helpful to and needed confirmation of my treatment from 2 other consultants which she got instantly in my appointment and even confirmed in a text message.

Really happy with the service today and in the lead-up to my appointment. Fast and efficient service, and were even able to get me in to see the nurse rather than me having to return another day.

I've previously left excellent reviews for Heathcote Medical Centre however today's consultation with the practice nurse fell some way short. Perhaps she was overworked or maybe she was just having a bad day - it happens) However during my 10 min consultation she(the nurse) appeared totally disinterested. On the plus side i was seen on time and if i'd needed extra time in the consult i'm sure that would've been granted. Btw, the two ladies working reception were excellent.

As you point out the nurse may have been having a particularly busy day and might have been working on a number of concurrent tasks. I am pleased however to hear that you were seen on time and are satisfied that if additional time for your consultation was needed that this would have been given. I attended the surgery today for an appointment and was really impressed. The doctor had taken time to read my notes and understood what the issues were but checked with me that was right. When the doctor examined me it was done in a sensitive and professional way and everything was explained very clearly to me and what the plan would be. The doctor was very kind, knowledgeable and treated me very professionally but at the same, with great empathy. I have a follow up call booked that was arranged to fit in with my work commitments. Great care all round! Thank you

I booked an appt online to see a Nurse as I have a sore throat thinking tonsillitis this morning. Within 2 hours a Doctor phoned to discuss and decided they needed to see me in person. With 15 mins I was there and the ladies on the desk were so helpful. I then saw a delightful Doctor (initials AS) apologies I don’t remember how to spell her name. She was very kind, took her time, no rush to discuss and sorted throat issue. We often complain when things don’t work properly but when they do work great they should be thanked!

Got left stranded at Heathrow as the NHS Covid App failed to work on check in stating 24 hrs to approve due to a new phone. Surgery provided a text with letter showing Covid vaccinations and subsequently due to an over zealous Emirates manager another letter signed and stamped without query. Thank you saved my trip !

Fantastic service from both the receptionist and GP.. I injured my back and had to go to A&E in Epsom on Monday 9th May in 2022. I was given only painkillers which did not help me throughout the night. I telephoned the GP the next morning and requested increased painkillers morphine as suggested by the hospital. The GP said he would like to see me before prescribing morphine. I cannot tell you what a fantastic and caring doctor he is, he examined me and discovered my back I was going through some sort of spasms he then prescribed the necessary medication to relieve the issue rather than painkillers to mask the issue he was very patient, understanding, caring and extremely helpful. Another great and caring person within the NHS. I believe so many times people are happy to provide negative feedback but will not take the opportunity to feedback when they’ve had such a fantastic experience I hope this will contribute to him in someway via his management chain.

The Reception staff at Heathcote are amazing. They’re so helpful and kind. All The Doctors or Nurses I have seen as well are happy to listen and sort problems quickly. A great practice!
