The flu clinic at this surgery is amazing, professionally ran, very well organised and efficient, all the staff at the surgery are polite, courteous and respectful.

Very efficient in and so quickly staff were lovely it was easy to book and self explaintory with good directions on where to go depending on your age seats where available but these were not needed as we called with in minutes of waiting very pleasant experience

Always greeted with a smile by the nurses and that puts me at ease. Whenever I've wanted help usually when I have difficulty getting answers on the net the lady at the end of the phone is very helpful and puts me at ease.

Never had anything but good experiences with the surgery over many years and all staff from receptionist through to medical staff are friendly and helpful

Really quick and easy and although I was a few minutes early I was still seen. Nurse was very good and explained exactly what she was doing.

Attended the flu clinic. Very well run and efficient. Probably the first practice in the area to offer a flu clinic this early in the season.

I've had no problems at all with Heartwood... Just had flu jab and we'll organised. Husband went to doctors a few weeks ago coughing up blood. Sent immediately to the emergency day care centre at Burton hospital where he was seen and treated straightaway.

Easy to make the appointment online. On arrival at the surgery it was very quick and extremely well organised. In, jabbed and out in less than 3 minutes. Well done Heartwood.
