My medication was stopped as waiting for a review. My medications are not yo be stopped as advised by hospital consultants I called to make an appointment for review and it is not my fault that the earliest appointment for this is 39th October. This has been resolved after visit to reception but feel that this should not happen.

Having had many vaccinations I can say without any doubt this was the best. The Nurse was very gentle, I didn't feel a thing and to top it off I had no reaction afterwards as more often than not I feel I have been punch in the arm for a few days.

Great service from all your staff at Heartwood prompt appointments have a problem with my ankle referral to physiotherapist and X-ray was quick treatment ongoing and condition improving thanks

Friendly and careful staff who carried out my vaccination jab, as previously, but the minimum number of characters required here is unnecessarily long in my opinion.

They’re always well prepared an organised for a quick turn around of patients for the flu jab and today was no different. The whole process took around a minute, if that!

Always had great service. Staff lovely and always willing to help. Thank you. Very fast and effective service for my flu jab today. Thank you Still a shame about how long to wait for an actual appointment but thats the same everywhere ! Need better system at 8am but don't know what. More telephone appointments for the time wasters that want to go every week

I'm a fairly regular patient who has never had a bad experience there. On this occasion, the nurse was very thorough in explaining the possible side effects of the injection and gave me all the time I needed because of my disability.

Went for a flu jab today at a Saturday clinic. All very efficiently done, no queue, straight in and out… and it didn’t hurt either!
