I've been extremely pleased with my experience, the recent flu clinic was really well organised and carried out efficiently. As a GP Practice a medical condition that I've suffered with for 30+ years is now under control and managed exceptionally well by the surgery. I highly recommend

Wait time for an appointment is not good, but seems to be better than most practices. My husband with health issues is very well looked after, as it should be, so I don’t mind having to wait.

I found it clean and welcoming and the staff were very friendly and helpfull My appointment was on time so no sitting around waiting, there was only a few people waiting but the parking was fully so had to park over the main road by the bus station..

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and were very thorough with checks to ensure that the correct procedure was followed before giving the flu jabs. They were extremely patient and versatile to ensure that the waiting time was as short as possible

Everything well organised, directed to the vaccine team, no long queue, straight in, vaccinated and out,in just a few minutes

Only went for my flu jab but it was a very smooth process, walked straight in and out again. Lovely nurses waiting for me, no waiting at all.

Attended Sat morning for flu vaccine along with many other people, it was extremely well organised, quick and easy, staff were very helpful & friendly, couldn’t fault them.
