    For several Months I have tried repeatedly to book an appointment by phone, turning up at the surgery and now using the Anima online system and have failed miserably at every attempt. It would appear that they do everything in their power to avoid seeing patients that only require occasional assistance because they closed the online system for medical requests by 7.05am every day. Not everyone needs to see a doctor same day however, there is absolutely no oportunity to even book a non urgent scheduled appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Is it any wonder that A&E departments are at bursting point when the surgery seems to so everthying within their power to discourage patients from visiting in person.

    brought my new baby to see one of the GPs and he put my mind at ease. Was very thorough and explained everything as he was doing it, thank you Headlands

    Had face to face appointment with Dr in a saturday clinic. First time seeing this GP - what a great guy! Very professional, very helpful and put me very at ease. Was very thorough. Would recommend to anyone. Well done Headlands for employing this gent!

    I have been trying to get an appointment for over a week with no luck due to their new online system being a pile of rubbish. Only to call the surgery to be told my case has been viewed but not responded to,I have to wait until they respond and I am unable to make an appointment over the phone. I am 30 weeks pregnant and this issue I am having could potentially be something serious if left untreated so my anxiety is through the roof. I have now moved GPs and believe this practice needs serious investigation

    Told to make a GP appointment after a blood results, new system only takes so many requests in a day and you therefore need to make a booking at midnight! Totally ridiculous, put a drawbridge over the door, same message to patients. We will be moving practice to one where we can get an appointment for the occasional times we need it

    I have been trying to contact my GP with constant reply backs saying to go to A&E or Urgent car at hospital where i end up with Asthma attack constantly. When i get an appointment waiting time for the doctor is over 1.5hrs which is really bad. Waiting service over the phone is over 50 people in the que and the call back no Appointments what is this all about. After the new year i will be changing doctors as i wont recommend anyone to come here.

    They were under a lot of pressure and struggling a few months ago but have really improved more recently. Very happy with the service currently.

    I have had regular contact with the surgery for the past couple of years due to Hypertension. Every medical practitioner that has supported me has been exceptional. In the current times and many challenges that the profession faces, my experience of the practice has always been a positive one. Thank you to you all for all that you do.

    You can only book over the phone and only at 8 am, but within 30 seconds you are way down an enormous queue and stand no chance of being seen. It's the same every day, week and now year. Still empty waiting rooms despite the end of covid.

    Good service from initial contact to seeing the GP. Rang early morning- didn’t wait long ,had a call back and had an appointment that Morning. GP was very attentive and thorough. Pleasant bedside manner
