    I have had regular contact with the surgery for the past couple of years due to Hypertension. Every medical practitioner that has supported me has been exceptional. In the current times and many challenges that the profession faces, my experience of the practice has always been a positive one. Thank you to you all for all that you do.

    You can only book over the phone and only at 8 am, but within 30 seconds you are way down an enormous queue and stand no chance of being seen. It's the same every day, week and now year. Still empty waiting rooms despite the end of covid.

    Good service from initial contact to seeing the GP. Rang early morning- didn’t wait long ,had a call back and had an appointment that Morning. GP was very attentive and thorough. Pleasant bedside manner

    The staff are friendly and efficient. The practice is always clean and tidy and the booking-in system is a good way to book in. Parking is good too.

    I have great anxiety related to having blood pressure readings taken, and consequently dread going for reviews. I experienced great support, understanding and compassion this morning. I really appreciate the individualised care. Thank you

    I attended for asthma review which was carried out by an HCA. I found her to be pleasant and felt relaxed in the consultation. She actually listened to my replys to her questions rather than having her own agenda. She offered safe, sound and practical advice. Well done.

    Having been discharged from KGH after a cardiac event my discharge notes where automatically sent to the surgery. The System Online interface has a feature to book an online appointment as my working hours do not allow me to ring at 08.00, this no longer works, I spent 4 days trying to make contact waiting at position #1 for 55 minutes on the 4th day but no-one answered. I have never been able to get through after 16.00 even though the surgery hours are 08:00 to 18:00. On the 5th day I had to take time off work to ring and then was 52nd in the queue but had the option for a call back. I needed a new prescription for the new medication the hospital had prescribed as I was now running out. When the call back finally came through I was told a doctor will not be available to do the prescription for a further 5 days! I think this surgery needs to be closed down and something better be put in place staffed by people who want to help people, this is the second time I have been turned away and told I will have to wait up to 5-6 days for a prescription.

    Recent contacts with the Surgery much improved, the call back feature works well and is a great improvement on waiting on the line in a massive queue
