  1. Review titled Neglected

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 11 January 2024

I tried to contact the gp by online sistem. It is after my emergency visiting the hospital and I can't walk and stand because of the back lower pain and I needed really very strong pain relief medication just to do my day routine things. When the gp called me yesterday I couldn't answer on the phone because the ambulance was with me. The paramedic contact the gp and they said that I no need to book new appointment but today from the medical center told me that I need to do everything from the beginning and to wait with my hell pain. I'm very very disappointed, before that medical center was different was outstanding but now I'm not sure is it one star enough.

Doctors and staff are great i don't like the way you have to book appointments and can’t book appointments in advance to see a doctor

Having experienced a few health issues of late, I cannot praise my practice highly enough in the speed and efficiency they have dealt with me. From the receptionists to the Doctors, my practice team have been helpful and supportive throughout, resulting in a positive outcome for me. Their care has been first class and I am reassured that they are a practice I can trust and rely on.

Extremely helpful reception team and very good response from GP’s. Telephone consultations with a GP are quickly responded to.

  10. Review titled Being given a bucket list

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Chris Bradbury - Posted on 10 March 2023

I went because I have COPD and the person seeing was more interested in giving me a bucket list off things that I need to do ie told to go swimming, kept asking about smoking - I've not smoked for more than 20 years, told to do more exercise, refused to give me steroids as this my cause diabetes, a chest x-ray, sent me messages of websites to help with my COPD. I started with asthma when I was 2 I feel as though they was more interested in giving appointments that don't interest me I think these appointments could be given to somebody more needy , now I'm struggling with my breathing all I asked for was steroids to help me. My appointment was at 10.00 and left at 10.50
