    Had blood test this November.then got a tex asking me to book a telephone conversation have tried to book .but was told there is 4 week waiting list.

    My mother in law was looked after with a removal of a lesion from her hand by a lady doctor at this sugery ,who went above and beyond with her care. And showed genuine interest and was proactive in her recovery. Well done and thank you for caring.

    Appointments are never available I’ve had to use minor injury or A and E which I really don’t like doing. Very disappointed when ringing up with a chest infection where I had been Wheezing only to be told no appointments. This leaves me feeling that patients health no longer matters to them.

    We endeavor to support all our patients, it is difficult to answer such posts as we do not have dates / times. We have increased appointment availability since 1st October when Extended Access was launched. If Joanne can contact the practice manager we will investigate further.

    Just took my elderly disabled Dad for his flu jab! They could see he was struggling to get out of the car and so the nurse came to him and did the injection while he was in the car. Amazing. Thanks.

    My husband has been through six months with a difficult and complex illness. During this time I have always managed to get appointments, sometimes at short notice, sometimes using the app. The Doctor has at all times been helpful, professional, diligent and thorough. Thank you.

    I had a health check this morning. The Nursing Assistant was extremely polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had been dreading this visit, but she put me so much at ease. All too easy for people to complain, but Hassengate is and always has been a very good practice. Thank you.

    Recently joined this surgery, I booked 2 appointments and there was a slight miss communication which lead to me attending on the wrong date/time. I spoke to the practice manager who was very helpful to review the call and understand miss communication and resolve the issue, he was able to book another appointment at a convenient time. The receptionist who I booked the appointments with was very friendly and helpful. My first experience at the surgery started badly, but after help from the practice manager all was resolved very quickly and it improved my experience tremendously. Thank you

    Even with these issues and initial poor start, it is pleasing that the end result was a win win and an enhanced experience for this patient.
