    Had bloods done by a nurse and saw a Dr for a consultation. Both were absolutely fantastic, really put us at ease, we felt listened to and were given the time we needed without feeling rushed. Reception were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much all.

    I did a e-consult on behalf of my son regarding a continuous fit note Received a text stating he had a telephone triage 23rd Called the surgery and stated it was a continuous one as previously agreed with GP in February Was told to do another e-consult today which I did straight away With my son's condition his anxiety goes to pot Also wrote a complaint in February f.a.o. of the Practice manager and still no reply

    My Dad 87 was suffering from neuralgia for 5 years Dawn paramedic came out diagnosed him and sorted carbamazipine to treat and it worked he is now pain free and can eat great so definitely recommend he is housebound so visit was well appreciated

    Having had 3 appointments with the nurse over the past 4 weeks, I can only praise the surgery and staff. I filled in a Triage, as is required and had a response within 12 hours, I booked the appointment as advised and recieved excellent care from everyone. The reception staff were so lovely, considering the abuse I witnessed other patients direct at them, the surgery is comfortable and clean and the medical staff I saw were all caring, professional and put my needs first. I had to have 3 separate appointments to check on medication doing its job, and my symptoms being resolved, the final appointment confirmed everything was fine and I was good to go. I felt I needed to thank everyone as our wonderful NHS gets so much more criticism than positive feedback. Thank you all so much.

    Came to see a dr at harden last Friday.. he was absolutely brilliant.. listened to all the ongoing health issues and worries I’ve had over the past few months.. discussed possible causes and sent me straight for bloods and asked me to arrange an appointment afterwards to discuss the outcome .. it’s the 1st time in a while I’ve felt listened too..the previous dr had no time to hear me out and just diagnosed me with menopause almost instantly.. despite being young and not having all the symptoms I had a feeling it wasn’t the case.. tests shown it wasn’t and now I’m confident this new locum dr will help me get to the bottom of my issues

    Text received to book non urgent appointment. Online form not available. Try following day at 4pm still not available. Call surgery please can you book the appointment - no we can’t book it. You have to complete the online form between 8-1pm. Explained will be in surgery for apt tomorrow will book it then. to be told we can’t book it at the desk. Absolute madness having to jump through hoops to book an appointment the dr has requested for results

    Dr @ Harden I attended Harden Practice to a warm Monday morning welcome off the receptionist. She supported me with my disabilities and directed me to seating. The Practice is a clean, accessible and warm. Doctor called me in bang on time with a warm smile and a understanding ear. Doctor listened to my long list of issues over a long period in history. Doctor has a fountain of knowledge and delivers is over in a understanding and caring way. His advice was so valuable and helps in daily life. I would personally like to thank Doctor for his time and knowledge. Outstanding appointment. Happy New Year all !

    t/c off a male 'D' from surgery asking if i would be interested in a health check, i asked the procedure for booking apts as i havent booked for some time, 'D' explained and booked 2 call backs to be triaged in nxt 48hrs, listened to me and was kind and very helpful. surgeries can get a lot of negative feedback, often out of their hands with changing an NHS process but when good service is given it is often forgotten to reflect and acknowledged with a thank you

    After being contacted to book a review an appointment was made to be seen at Blakenall Family Practice! Turned up on day only to be told the appointment was not at the practice where it was booked, I was told to go to Harden Practice until I showed the receptionist at Blakenall Family Practice the reminder appointment text that clearly states 9am Blakenall Family Practice. Helpful receptionist had to rebook appointment for another week as me and my wheelchair where already soaked through to the skin from rain and freezing. Yet again this Modality Practice let me down again with a system that does not work. Meaning patients let down and staff frustrated with bad computer systems.

    I had blood test today. Everything went smothly, in friendly atmosphere, not pain at all. I can recommend the Nurse, who took the blood to everyone. She is fabulous.
