I was seen quickly and efficiently. The nurse was pleasant and professional. I felt I was listening to and asked the relevant questions.

I met with a young male practitioner. He was not qualified to prescribe but was very knowledgeable about my condition. I did not feel rushed and found him very easy to talk to. Following the consultation he talked to a GP about my condition and called me back later in the day with a plan of action.

While it can take time to get a gp appointment I was very happy with my consultation with the doctor I saw. All the staff are friendly and helpful too

Very caring excellent knowledge very professional I felt I was listened to I’ve had follow up appointments since I had my X-ray and CT scan my doctor then referred my to see a consultant the letter was sent they same day as I visited the practice. I’m now awaiting an appointment from Airedale to see the consultant. Thank you

I was anxious and worried about my health and the staff and doctor immediatly put my mind at rest.Staff are amazing, very polite and helpful. No problems with appointments or seeing a doctor All round great surgery

My husband & myself came to see the nurse on Thurs May 23rd. She is a lovely, very caring person who made us feel totally at ease throughout our painless procedure.Professional approach, friendly & a total asset to the practice
