I got a very quick appointment even though I said it wasn’t particularly urgent. I went into my appointment on time and the doctor was thorough, gave great advice and booked me in there and then for a future procedure.

Friendly and helpful staff, was seen on time. Comfortable waiting area, the nurse i saw was professional, explained everything to me.

I got an appointment without any problems The staff are very helpful and friendly. The doctor was very thorough and helpful and I felt reassured and cared for.

I only had to wait four days for to see a doctor which I think is excellent. My appointment was with one of the locum doctors. He was very thorough and caring and explained why I was experiencing my health problem. He has offered a follow up appointment to help to cure my condition. Excellent service all round from Harambee surgery

No waiting. Friendly approach. Great and speedy response to my problem. The doctor admitted he didn’t know what the problem was but ensured I got a Hospital appointment the next day. No complaints at all. Well done!

I visited the practice nurse (who can prescribe medication) I was very pleased with the visit yesterday. Iwas treated with respect, listened to and full examination and tests were ordered. The procedures were explained to me in a way I could understand. I was examined with gentleness and kindness. I was happy that my condition was being investigated. Thank you staff of Harambee Surgery.

I love my gp service and felt confident they would offer support after going through major cancer surgery which has put me into surgical menopause. But the doctor was dismissive, rushed me, didn’t even ask how I was doing, I was in for about 5 mins and just felt let down I wanted some advice and compassion about what I was going through and that was not given. I was offered a prescription but not given any advice about the patch or what alternatives they were. I was told everyone goes through the menopause which I know but not everyone has a surgical one which is a very extreme way to go into the menopause. I had requested a female gp as I felt they would have some understanding but that was not the case. Just a poor service and given my circumstances I expected a bit of support and understanding
