Went for a the routine appointment we both a nurse practitioner. Had a brief chat and was prescribed medication and booked in for blood tests for further routine investigation.

My appointment was scheduled as yearly health review, discussion, bloods, height, weight, blood pressure. A friendly lady practitioner/nurse, efficient and timely.

I went for a full blood count. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The practice always provides an efficient and friendly service. Never had any reason to complain.

Since it was taken over it appears chaotic, long waits for appointment, different doctors daily and the one who is there permanently nobody seems to like, however the staff who are there are brilliant, reception, pharmacy and nursing staff are great, seems to be the hierarchy that are the problem, thinking of going to another surgery, the doctor who I saw today was actually very good although she was 40 mins late arriving, she helped me and referred me on elsewhere

I turned up to my appointment. Didn't have to wait long. The doctor was polite and asked about my problem, listened and prescribed some medication. Unfortunately none of the local pharmacies stocked the medication so I called the doctors to see what could be done. The following day after speaking with a doctor at the surgery, a suitable alternative was prescribed and I went to collect at my local pharmacy. The service was excellent as far as I'm concerned.

My concerns are not being taken seriously, I have asked for help several times and tried to chase up a referral made last year, I feel that I am getting fobbed off. I visited to ask that a new referral is made to another hospital with a smaller waiting list, I asked for help with my right to choose option. The doctor I saw, made me feel like a moaning woman, no help or advice just you will have to wait until an appointment comes through. I asked for a new referral to another hospital, he was flippant and asked me where would I like to go, I asked where can I go? He said I don’t know! This was a terrible appointment about a delicate situation…… not like this surgery but the 2 doctors I have seen recently are uncaring and uninterested.

Real community practice, wonderful having the pharmacy on site. Fairly easy to get an appointment within a suitable timescale, especially urgent appointments..
