    My review will reflect a lot of other reviews. I am a carer for my 91 year old Mother in law. I needed to make an appointment at the surgery for her to be seen by a gp. I tried calling the practice over a period of 4 days. I understand they can be busy but I called at all times of the day for 4 days the number just rings and rings or just doesn't ring at all. If you are elderly or infirm this must be very stressful. I decided to go to the practice on a working day. I was greeted by 2 receptionist who gave me a piece of paper with a qr code on it telling me to book using this code. Believe me I tried to use the code but its that that simple as you have to register to the NHS app. I use the app for my own health care needs linked to my email address. What I was told was I can't use the app for 2 gp practices. But if she was at my practice if i was at hanham health I could. Well i definitely don't want to swop to hanham health! Be warned if you need an appointment you may need to go to the practice in person to book one in as I had to. In my opinion the whole administration system at hanham health needs updating now as it has definitely got worse over the last year.

    I went into the surgery on 17th September and asked if a doctor would be able to complete and sign a medical screening document for me, and to my surprise was told yes. I said it was urgent and they said no bother, just mark it as such. Today 26/9 I was contacted for the first time to say that the doctors won't sign a medical screening form. So they have delayed something that is urgent by 7 days and I am no further forward. Terrible communication

    My important meds were stopped without notice. I got a private prescription to keep me going until I could sort this out with the surgery. A pharmacy review was booked for today but no one has called. Patients can't contact you! My meds are about to run out again. This should not be this complicated.

    Please tell me how is a patient who is unable to read, write with poor speech meant to use your new Anima system? I made an enquiry at the desk regarding this and receptionist told me to write to the practice. I was told unable to make appointments from now on at front desk due to patient confidentiality. Then how come 3 patients are ushered into a room together for flu/covid jabs, there they are asked (in front of other patients) to confirm their name, date of birth and whether they have allergies…. Confidentiality bunkum!

    Patient care coordinator very rude and abbressive. When complaint escalated very condescending approach. I think possible training issue. The drs have been very good but being let down by poor support team.

    Hi I am having problems with my prescriptions again this time 10 days since ordered and still not delivered tried calling 3 times today on emergency option 2 and waited over 20 minutes each time and no one answers so gave up hence my review . I have no issues with the GP service but this poorly run Pharmacy is bound to reflect badly on the surgery something needs to be done.

    Having had to visit the practice more in the past 6 months ,my concerns and needs have been always been dealt with promptly and in a very caring way. Although seeing different Doctors I have always been made to feel important and not just another patient. All this much appreciated when everyone is very busy .

    I feel at last after the pandemic things are beginning to get back to some sort of normality. My husband has a lot of health issues and at last things are being done and Drs are listening one Dr in particular has been amazing.

    For over a months (and I'm not even exaggerating), I've been trying to book an appointment for my 2 year old son. Calling is pointless since they don't answer the phone and I have been in more than 3 times, but every time got the answer that they don't have appointments for the next two weeks. This is exactly the reason people end up at A and E.

    I regularly struggle to get appointments when needed. The phone lines are engaged and simply disconnect you and the e-consult is unavailable leaving no way of contacting your GP Practice. I have been trying at various times for the past 4 weeks and cannot get through. I will have to resort to going in to the reception desk though I don't know if that will help me get an appointment. This is very poor service as I am left with the anxiety of something I need to see a GP about as it is classed as non-urgent, yet worrying for me, and I am absolutely unable to access the support I need. I've never experienced this in previous GP practices in other areas, so this is the worst experience I've ever had of a practice.
