Massive thanks to the member of staff who in their own time delivered a prescription to my Dad and sat with him whilst he took the first dose, thank you so much

I was requested by my consultant from the Pancreatic Unit at the Liverpool University Hospital to have a ca19.9 taken to monitor my chronic pancreatitis from the surgery, they would not take my bloods but told me to go to Stanley Lane Clinic where the last time the pancreatic department told me they never received results. Why not only now is it very difficult to see a doctor, but they also will not do bloods, why have we got surgeries?

Many thanks for your comment. Unfortunately this service was taken away from the GP practices during Covid 19 and delivered on an area footprint by an alternative provider. This was not an individual practice decision, but one taken for the whole of Ellesmere Port. We hope this clears up your question.

Have rung on 5 consecutive days trying to get an appointment. Ring at 8am and it is engaged. When eventually got through, i'm told there are no appointments and to ring the next day. This went on all week. This is absolutely not on. Horrendous Receptionists who don't care and just kept saying "ring back tomorrow". Worst Doctor's practice in Cheshire.

I had an operation in April and developed a few problems afterwards. I contacted the surgery for some guidance at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. The receptionist was extremely helpful and said she would get the doctor to call me. The doctor did call and was equally as helpful and I was in the surgery by 4pm less than an hour later. The nurse was very thorough and professional whilst also suggesting antibiotics and a follow up appointment the following Monday. Due to everyone's prompt action I was saved from a nasty infection and I am still attending a wound clinic who have also been fantastic. I have since received a call from the nurse checking everything is OK. I have also called and spoke to different receptionists since for guidance and have found them very helpful. Overall a very positive experience 😊

It started with a polite and well trained receptionist, who directed us to the right practitioner. Seen the same day, bloods taken and advice given. Prescription prepared and lots of reassurance. Excellent. Thanks
