having left a negative review thought it right to leave positive one when right, could not get covid vaccine booking anyhow it seemed but wife was lucky to get booked for hers, so went along hopeful and was greatly surprised by the helpfulness of staff who were happy to do it with big smiles thank you granta,

I had medical concern, phoned the practice and was seen by a doctor that day. The appointment was on-time and the advice and action was highly professional and well received.

Easy to find via directions, parking reserved nearby for CT patients. Unfortunately there is a high kerb, from the car park to the CT entrance. Access could be enhanced by dropping the kerb in front of the gate. A nurse did help a carer to get her friend up the kerb and into the building but not on the way out. I helped. Also may be useful for it to be added to the information sent out to patients that a Radar key is needed to access the toilet, particularly after a long journey. Staff were cheery and welcoming.

My family visited the surgery for travel services (immunisations) the nurse was fantastic, so friendly, explained everything so well, and was very knowledgeable. Thank you

If your problem is urgent you will likely to find no appointments left and advice to contact alternative nhs service even if you ask to speak to clinician. Reception does not even care to explain appointment system. You will than spend all day try to access alternative service not successfully giving up at the end. If you can afford you try to find private option for GP and you consider nhs as pointless and expensive exercise. Granta being a merger means if you do not like it you need to move your house to access more responsive service. I can not comment about clinicians as I never managed to get that far. Disappointed, very much disappointed especially that Granta was rated outstanding by CQC. My experience was certainly not an outstanding one.
