    I used to feel very grateful that of all my friends and family up and down the country, I was the only one that could ever get a doctor's appointment when it was needed. Now, sadly, Granta has joined the ranks of surgeries with an online booking system and now it's practically impossible to make an appointment. It was so good before and I felt like I was getting really good care. But now, it's like everywhere else. I've always had really good care here, and the team, doctors, pharmacists and reception staff (since the merger) have always been great, and very kind and patient, so this is not a complaint about that. The old system actually worked so well for patients but I imagine, this saves your staff time and money.

    My repeat prescription was changed without my consent. I then needed a review to be able to continue to get my repeat prescription. No appointments were available for the next 6 weeks so I could not get my medication. I'd like to say this is a one off but seems to be a reoccurring theme. There are never any appointments available, staff are rude and unhelpful. If you are considering between this GP and another, go with another.

    A six month wait for tests which were requested, forgotten, requested again, forgotten again. Finally completed but I have had to chase at every turn. If you can get to speak to a doctor, it is never the same doctor twice meaning starting over each time. An attitude of disinterest from all levels of staff. Its as if they are doing you a favour rather than delivering health care.

    Requested repeat prescription online late Monday evening. Received a text Wednesday lunchtime to say that it was ready for collection from the robot dispenser. Very impressive and professional service, as always. Thank you Linton!

    I had an issue which was concerning me. The exception staff were very helpful. The initial telephone triage call was professional and friendly and I was seen promptly. The doctor was simply amazing. I cannot name names as this is confidential but if I could I would sing her praises. I felt reassured and heard. So much so I needed to feedback on a fabulous service. I was speaking with friend and we both saying how lucky we are with our gp surgery. Linton is a great practice
