    For me the doctors to staff are very helpful and understanding. Specially my Doctor, mental health advisor and others helping me in the surgery They helping me with my mental health. I always looking forward to the appointment because it's make me feel better.

    If you need to talk to your Gp about different illness and you cannot manage to describe all your conditions in 10 minutes you have to book another appointment and bearing in mind the waiting time for it all this is shocking and frustrating. On top of that They are very very reluctant to prescribe blood test more than 1 or exceptionally twice per year even if you are fighting high cholesterol or diabetes. It was my first appointment and I will change immediately Gp

    Dear Mr Caiola, It is always our aim that patients receive the highest level of service, so it is disappointing to hear when patients believe this has not been the case. As the Doctor informed you during the consultation, at this Practice we work to a 10 min appointment time, during which we believe it is only really possible to deal with one issue safely. As most General Practices who work within the constraints of the NHS guidelines of 10 min appointments and frequency of blood tests, we have to duty of care to ensure that Patient Safety comes first. I can see from your consultation that it lasted for 18 mins during which there was an agreed an action plan which for obvious reasons I will not discuss on a public platform. With regards to your comment in relation to waiting for an appointment, we are very proud at Trevelyan House Surgery to be able to offer same day appointments for Urgent situations. Non Urgent appointments are also available to book via various avenues be that online, via our automated phone booking service or by speaking to one of our Reception Team. Our wait time on the phones is averaging 5 mins which is significantly below the norm for General Practices. If you would like to discuss this in more detail please contact me directly. We are sorry that you feel the need to register with an alternative practice, we hope that they are able to support you with the constraints of the NHS guidelines.     My Dr was extremely efficient and dealt with all of my problems. She provided me with information about my issues and directed my information to the correct departments. She then followed up on all queries.

    This is the first doctor's practice where I have genuinely felt in control of my health and comprehensively cared for by primary care. Every doctor I've had the privilege of seeing has listened to my concerns and looked into them, resulting in improved long-term health outcomes. Thank you so much. The receptionists are exceptional; I was usually able to get an appointment to be seen the same day with little to no wait time. I'm not sure what method you use to deliver such excellent patient care, but please share this with other surgeries; this setup works! I wish I could stay at this surgery, however, I am moving out of London. Thank you all so much, you have made my health feel like a priority again and truly represent a national health service to be proud of. Best of luck to a fantastic team.

    I was feeling very low after the loss of my dearest husband and I just couldn’t seem to find a way to cope with the loss and pain. I called the GP Practice and the doctor I spoke to was very kind and attentive. She listened without judgment and was able to get me in touch with the help I needed. Now I will start bereavement therapy and it is all because the doctor took her time to hear me and understand my pain. I am grateful that she was the one on the other end of the phone that gave me hope. Thank you.

    Delighted I did not have to wait long for a physio referral as its is a long process. I was offered an inhouse physiotherapy. Addended the appointment discussed the problem and was given exercises to perform with a leaflet via an email! Why when I am present in the same room could I not be shown the exercises and I am doing them correctly. I could have easily gone on to YouTube and Google and worked out what exercises I need to do. Surly if you visit a physiotherapist you would be shown the exercises and work out if it causes more pain or if they are performed correctly. A leaflet via an email leaves no time for discussion. Half hour slot for a 10 mins evaluation and an email. In my opinion this is a waste of NHS resources. If you have a service provide a service. This could have been a phone appointment and more patients could have been ticked off the list. Not what I expected of a great GP practice.

    Dear John, We are sorry to hear that there was a lack of clarity around the provision of our First Contact Practitioner (FCP) and what their role is. Our FCPs are healthcare professionals that are provided by a third party within our Practice. They are specialists in Musculoskeletal problems and if patients have knee, back or neck pain they can refer themselves directly to an FCP so that they can be assessed, diagnosed and referred where appropriate providing patients with faster access to the right care. We will of course have a conversation with our teams and providers to ensure that there is clarity around the provision of services.     Been suffering with Cardiac problems and my surgery took quick action to referring me to correct person and sorting out what needed to be done. Making sure that I was seen to urgently with a constant follow-up. All this within the day at the office

    I have seen a number of staff: doctors, nurses and social prescriber and find they are listening to me as an individual and treat me courteously, giving the appropriate treatment.

    I visited Trevelyan Surgery around 4pm on Tue 13 June 2023 as an unregistered walk-in. I was seeking help regarding an overseas prescription. The reception team were approachable, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to assist even though I was a walk-in customer and not a registered patient with the surgery. Despite extensive efforts from the staff, a solution wasn't reached on the day. However their advice on what I needed to do next was spot on and in less than 24hrs I have a solution to my original query thanks to the support and advice received from the reception staff. Special thanks go to the gentleman who primarily helped, sadly I didn't get his name but he may have been of East African heritage, if there is a staff reward policy I would like to nominate him for recognition of excellent customer service. With thanks.

    Needed to see a doctor, around my work shift. Receptionist booked me an appointment making sure it fits around my work. It took a few different times available, but wasn't too much trouble. Very professional and it was very good to see people happy at work
