    Had an appointment with a paramedic; first class examination and explanation. Sent follow up text next day with results and told I could get another appointment if I still felt not well. Husband was there 8am this morning for another slot as I am still unwell, but so far I am happy with the service - thank you

    The reception staff are always welcoming and helpful and it is always easy to check in on the machine. We were seen very promptly. The Clinical Practitioner we saw was very friendly, helpful and calming. He was very thorough in asking questions and in checking my child.

    Due to the kind and efficient reception staff, I was seen same-day by polite and receptive Paramedic for right side bruise-like back pain present daily and for several months. She ruled out kidney problem by manual feel (and urine sample) and suggested arthritic damage to a rib. She prescribed Diclofenac because Ibuprofen is not best for over 65s. She tested blood pressure and asked me to phone in with repeat home measurements when I was calmer. She kindly agreed to chase up Orthopaedic consultant for delayed in communication, result and consultation for my arthritic elbow MRI 6 months ago. You can read how conscientious and competent and respectful was this excellent Health Professional. I am very satisfied with this hard-working Service. Many thanks.

    Tried to make an appointment for my father today-non urgent. I can only make appointments on the day that appointments are released. Totally impossible to do this as I am en route to work at 8am on a morning and my father is unable to make an appointment himself. The system is ludicrous.

    The staff and medical team was very helpful and polite and pleasant also clear with what was going on. Everything was explained in full what was happening and what needed to be do to try and sort out my problem.

    Firstly I called up at 8 am and despite being in a queue over 30 someone called me back within the hour and booked me an appointment. I then saw a paramedic with the acute review team due to a worsening arm injury. The paramedic was knowledgeable, competent and most of all empathetic. The service from all members of staff was excellent, they were respectful and kind throughout. I’ve always been able to get an appointment with the GPS healthcare group and the reception staff as the first people I encounter have always been so so helpful.

    Had a telephone appointment with a male doctor and I have expressed my concerns over my health but not willing to refer me to the appropriate hospital. This is serious what I’m experiencing but wouldn’t listen and told I’ve already been seen by another hospital. Don’t think this is right because surely the doctor has a duty of care towards myself.

    We are registered at a different GPS surgery, but I was given an urgent appointment for my little girl at the village surgery. We saw a paramedic and a GP who were both lovely and looked after my daughter and got us really quick treatment. It was a really good experience. Thank you for your hard work.

    I took my son to village surgery for an emergency appointment yesterday afternoon. Both reception and the paramedic we saw were so welcoming, and we were seen so quickly. The paramedic was thorough, extremely friendly, attentive to what we said and extremely helpful. You were fantastic. Well done Village surgery.
