Your Review: I attended the surgery this morning. I left home early and reached the surgery early for my appointment. Upon arrival the lady at the reception saw my condition and offered immediate help. She called the manager upstairs to kindly ask if the dr can see me earlier. I was seen after 5 mins. Dr a.m called the ambulance immediately as I was in a very bad state and was even spitting blood. The practice manager was very kindly sitting in the room with me until paramedics have arrived. Very grateful. Caring people.

I got an appointment same day I called and the lady doctor was very kind, after asking me about my illness she gave me some helpful suggestions and medicines. I was quiet happy about my visit.

The receptionists here are disgustingly rude and give false information. I am leaving this GP. It was a horrible place that didn’t concern others and their patients. Used to cut the phone off and not respond properly- nothing to do with language barrier. Their behaviour has been so awful that I am now leaving this GP. I can’t wait to find a place who doesn’t cut the phone off and answers calls professionally!
