I used the new triage system for the first time today. When I had no response by 2 o'clock I rang the surgery to ask why. I was told that doctor would look at my request and if it was urgent he would have contacted me,otherwise someone would ring me before 6 o'clock. Needless to say this never happened. I think I will definitely have to change my gp surgery. Don't know if they will be any better but can't be any worse

I saw the Dr yesterday at the Merton street practice , and by far the best consultation I have had , he listened and explained all things to me

I emailed for an appointment for my elderly mother stating her problems. I has a reply and a date for an appointment within a couple of hours. Admin as always we're courteous and helpful.

Receptionist was lovely and made sure that I got an appointment for my son, I couldn’t get through on the phone in the morning so emailed and she called me the same day which I wasn’t expecting so that was nice. Seemed that she genuinely cared that my son got seen to by a doctor :)

I recently saw an amazing GP at the practice who really took her time to listen to my issues. She was so deligent and she didn't rush me or dismiss any of my concerns. She made me feel at complete ease and suggested I book in with her directly for a follow-up appointment in a fortnight's time, which I thought displayed a genuine interest in my care, and it gave me a sense of her willingness, support, and a certain continuity that I haven't felt in years. Thank you so much to the doctor in question.

I used the email appointment service for the first time to book a hrt review. I sent the email on Tuesday evening, by Wednesday afternoon I had received a phone call and an appointment booked for later in the day. Can not fault this service and will definitely use it again to book non urgent appointments.

I was recently attending for an appointment with my GP... While sitting waiting I was becoming very annoyed with other patients and the inappropriate comments they were using towards the reception staff. I feel that these girls go above and beyond to accommodate all patients in a respectful manner. Always very pleasant helpful and respectful.

Was having problems with my prescriptions due to the companies I was using for delivery so the surgery helped me to sort the issue and communicated well with me.
