    Annual check up with health assistant. Thorough, positive, investigative, friendly, practical. Checked query with doctor. Set up monitor with pharmacy. Set blood tests. Reception assisted in booking that up. Great. No worries for me.

    The usual waste of time as the very polite health assistant as usual could not quantify the questions, therefore my answers would not say anything about my health

    The offer of a face to face primary care annual check up was sent to me electronically. I booked a day and time. It was confirmed. Day before it was postponed for unspecified reason and alternative date and time given.

    Just wanted to say how lovely my nurse is... She has always been so gentle when I have my smear done...She did my smear yesterday and again brilliant...She was definitely born to do this..She always asks about my well being and creates a pleasant atmosphere in the room...     I have been registered with this practice for years, they are really great. Sadly this review doesn't allow me to include the doctors names 😕 The reception staff are great, really kind, helpful and respectful. As front line staff yesterday I saw ( 30/04/25) a patient shouting at them at reception, but they remained calm, polite and still helped the lady. When I visited ( approx 12.30pm 30/04/25) the male at reception was so polite and kind, and about an hour later the female at reception was also brilliant. When I called for this appointment the lady who answered my call was so nice, I regret not asking her name, she kindly arranged an appointment for me. I think you're all pretty amazing. I always hear everyone I know moaning about their gp service, so I'm very grateful that I am with a great practice. Thank you 😊 🙏
