    Is the second time that i have to wait over than 30 minutes with a newborn. Yesterday we had an appointment for 12.20 for our 6 week old baby and we were only seen at 12:50. Appointments timings are not respexted at all and there is not even a system to prioritise vulnerable people in case of delays.

    Me and my family have been seen by your staff for a few years now and appreciate the time and effort invested in us. We have been always treated with care and respect. At my son's last appointment the Dr was very kind and caring and provided all the information we needed.

    I was seen within 15 minutes or so and was welcomed with a smile and courtesy was asked if I wanted to have a chaperone for support. Went well beyond to address my needs post treatment ensuring that I am well looked after.

    My Doctor was very helpful, listened to everything I had to say and explained things simply to me. I was also more grateful because once they did the telephone consultation they felt a face to face appt was needed and as such booked me in the very next day.

    I saw the HCA for my diabetic review a day ago. She was patient, gentle a good listener and made me feel comfortable and relaxed as she examined my feet and do my blood pressure test. She asked me questions about my health and gave me time to explain it to her. I've always had good experiences with everyone at the surgery. Admin staff are very well trained and friendly, and I appreciate the care I get from the doctors. Thank you everyone

    The General Practitioner demonstrates amazing patient care. Her professionalism and dedication for patient wellbeing is second to none. This is further highlighted with patient aftercare where she left no stone unturned in delivering the best possible service from a National Health Service Doctor. Will definitely be going back and recommending her to family & friends. Well done with her appointment at the Practice. A further small mention for the Practice Manager, who demonstrated outstanding senior leadership in following up patient concerns around waiting times, polite and professional and the go to person for all non-clinical matters.

    I'm always made to feel comfortable, I'm listend to and all my questions are answered. Everything is taken into account regarding my Health and safety. Everyone show care and attention and provide a very professional attitude towards your problems. I always live with the confidence that I'm very well looked after. You will be seen as often as is needed to make sure everything is going to plan. The surgery offers a very professional service.
