    I'm always made to feel comfortable, I'm listend to and all my questions are answered. Everything is taken into account regarding my Health and safety. Everyone show care and attention and provide a very professional attitude towards your problems. I always live with the confidence that I'm very well looked after. You will be seen as often as is needed to make sure everything is going to plan. The surgery offers a very professional service.

    I had great experience in my surgery and the doctor listen to health concerns and looked over my previous medical history and gave me her best advice and referred me for a second opinion

    My visit to see Dr yesterday was conductive . He reassured me and went through my medical issue with me and explained everything I needed to know . He answered all my concerns. I left the surgery with peace of mind . I highly recommend this practice.

    The nurses is very professional in all aspects of their job. Asked questions how I’m feeling, any problems. Very gentle when taking off my bandage and putting gloves on often at each stage. The treatment room is very clean. The receptionist are very polite

    I was very happy with my GP as he listens, he cares, he is interested-, and invested in to figure out what could be the health issue and the root cause of it. And he is acting accordingly, he refers the patient for further investigations, tests, etc.... My only issue with the practice is the long waiting time to be able to get an appointment. I rarely visit the practice but when I do it's almost completely empty! So I don't understand why I can't be seen by a doctor on the same day in this practice if I need a medical help for a health issue? Why do I need to go to an A&E in a hospital and put an extra pressure to an already extremely busy medical team when I'm not in life threatening condition but my health issue still needs inspection and can't wait for a week to seen by s medical professional?????

    My appointment was fixed within a week of my request to see my GP. The reception was courteous and helpful. The GP was thorough and he explained very clearly what I need to do to stay healthy.

    Phoned the Doctors about a chest complaint receptionist was pleasant and very efficient got a face to face to see a Doctor same day As always the Doctor listened to what I had to say and explained everything to me he was extremely professional and again very pleasant Can’t praise this practice enough Thank you for looking after me
