    I've been with this practice for years and sometimes there are failings as it is always the case, however, the practice has bounced back strongly from the pandemic mayhem. It is now organised, the reception staff are amazing and have endless reserves of patience, all my appointments are on time like never before and medical staff are just so helpful, efficient and a joy to come to. Thank you so much, Everyone! It's great to have a service that one can rely on

    Absolutely disgusted the service my mum received today! She has been going to this doctors for 58 years and was treated appallingly! She phoned in advance to see if it was possible to have a form signed and who ever was on the phone said "yes! No appointment needed" We arrived spoke to a receptionist and she said I need to ask my manager. She walked off with the letter showed her manager come back and said 'sorry she said no. You need to sign it infront of us" showed bank card as proof off signature. The receptionist went back again to the manager , she said no. This happened back an forth a number of times. The "manager" did not even have the decency to come out herself and speak to us but getting the receptionist to her dirty work for her! Very poor leadership!!!

    Overall, I am satisfied about the surgery. I found difficult to be seen or just been advised recently. This morning at 9.15am I tried to use the app to have advices and it is already closed because they have already reached their daily maximum capacity. At 9.20am!!! Not acceptable in my personale opinion.

  4. Review titled God awful reception staff

    Someone needs to serriously sort out the reception staff. Being new to London, I signed up to the practice closest to me and I cannot express how unhelpful, rude and unknowledgeable the staff on reception are. Tried calling multiple times and the only reply you get is “you have to call back at 8 am in the morning”. Literally that is the only thing they know how to say it seems despite not wanting to book an appointment. Ridiculous!

We understand that you are unsatisfied with our appointment booking system. All of our Practice Receptionists have been instructed and trained on our appointment protocol and due to demand we are currently were operating a same day appointment system. All patients requesting an appointment are advised to either call or visit the surgery Monday to Friday from 8am. We understand this is not suitable for all of our patients, therefore we also offer same day access via our surgery app Dr. iQ, which is open from 7am Monday to Friday. We are able to schedule routine appointments in advance for follow ups or to discuss results; however, there may be a short wait for these appointments. Patients who do not wish to wait are advised to contact the surgery from 8am, Monday to Friday to arrange a telephone appointment on the day, or alternatively to complete an online consultation via our surgery app Dr. iQ. We are currently in the process of offering more pre-bookable appointments that can be either face-to-face or telephone appointments based on the patient’s preference. We are reviewing this regularly ensuring our appointment process meets the needs of our patients. If you would like to discuss this further please contact our Assistant Practice Manager at the surgery, Michaela O'Reilly or Practice Manager Justyna Lisiecka on 0207 407 4101.     Never able to get an appointment, staff including clinical members, are down right rude, and when you can get an appointment, they are often cancelled and impossible to re-book! After weeks of trying to book a smear test, I finally got an appointment, only for it to be cancelled!! Awful GP practice - would not recommend to anyone!

    I am 9 months pregnant. In the last 3 months I have been in touch with the GP to order medications that have been prescribed to me by the doctor at the hospital. All the three times, 1) it took ages for have them taking the request (first you have to fo through the app, then you have to call, then they ask you to send an email!) 2) all the three times he medication was sent to the pharmacy and no one cared to let me know - even if they say "we will email you/call you". This last time hasvebeen 2 weeks I was waiting for something I needed, and they simply didn't care. I had to chase them up and they just said "uh, is at the pharmacy already". This is not wat a GP surgery should be like, and I believe someone should go and check on them, because is not ok to treat people like this.

    Just had my first contact with the clinic - I only needed a routine monitoring blood test updated so a phone consult was all I was after. The reception were friendly and the doctor called back within 30min - all sorted a few minutes later. I had been apprehensive about my first contact with the NHS in general given what you hear in the news, but so far so good!

    I was seen in person within a few hours of submitting an online consultation & it was a very helpful, thorough appointment. This is my experience every time I need to see the GP here! I also appreciate the friendly, helpful reception staff who were able to give me all the forms and information I needed. Thank you for all you do.

    There were no appointments available today at 8:07am. Appointments are taken only from 8:00am and within 7mins they were all booked. The rude reception man very aggressively told the patients waiting in the queue that there were no appointments left for the day and that he cannot help any further. He kept talking in order to make sure nobody could share any feedback and wouldn't lend an ear. He was very rude and didnt offer a solution either. Will recommend to never take an appointment at Falmouth Road.

    Same review as many others I have seen on here. Booking an appointment to see a doctor in person seems to be an impossible task. I phone up at 8am, as recommended, sit in the phone queue for 20 minutes before the receptionist answers and tells me all the available slots for the day have gone. I am told to try using their dreadful app or to phone 111. I still can't believe that in an advanced country such as the uk, the nhs thinks the best way to book appointments is for everybody to phone up at 8am on the day and try your luck. The booking service, much like the nhs as a whole, is inefficient and needs a serious overhaul.
