I have been with this practice since birth and have had 37 years of great care. I have always felt listened to and had no problems in getting an appointment. Today I needed to be seen as I have been going through a few issues since surgery in March that have been previously dealt with in A&E. I felt more listened to in my appointment today in the GP practice then I have been this whole 2 months. The level of care I received today has blown me away and for someone with anxiety it means the absolute world to me that I did. I also had a telephone appointment with one of the doctors a few weeks ago where she kindly went through all my worries without making me feel rushed.

Reception lady was very welcoming and the doctor i saw very helpfull. I booked online and was seen at the same day.

I used the triage system which in theory is great. But I have a rash. I uploaded a picture which was quite unclear as the angle was hard to get a good picture. The dr called me and diagnosed over the phone a possible diagnosis. The dr admitted she was unsure exactly what it was over the phone. I feel for a rash or something similar you need a face to face appointment and I am unhappy a phone call was all that was given.

I was contacted by the receptionist very quickly after I had submitted the online form via the website. This was an urgent appointment and I was seen within two hours. The doctor and the receptionist were very helpful and professional.

I went to the doctor with a suspected yeast infection and she said she couldn't do a smear because I'm 16 and without parents with me, which I think is unfounded and biased because I've had smears done before.
