I went for my flu jab and I did not need to wait. The welcoming team was very kind and the medical team was great.

Dear Patient Wonderful to see 5 stars, *****, and read about our welcoming team. We did 4 weekend flu and covid clinics on either a Saturday or Sunday morning. Dear Patient Thank you so much for your feedback. We did 3 weekend clinics this year 2024, 2 saturdays and 1 sunday (Sunday for our Jewish population, children & parents with activities and so that our staff and clinicians could still do Parkrun!). The first Saturday was very busy with more elderly and so the queue was alittle longer, (sometime got to 15 minutes) but staff were on hand to check if anyone needed to sit, help with our new triage appointment system and look out and offer patients who may need social prescriber or care referrals. So lovely that you mentioned the staff as many of them did all 3 weekends. So pleased that you came for your flu vaccination and you took the time to do this review. Amazed & impressed with the new triage system. I was contacted by phone within 10 minutes of sending a request to see a doctor with a same day appointment. I was then contacted by text within minutes to tell me a prescription had been sorted when I sent a further request a few days later.

Just reminding all patients who may read this review, if you are concerned in how to fill in the triage form on line or don't have access to the internet our care co ordinators can still help you over the phone fill it in. Great to hear that our communication was quick either by phone or text to you and you got an outcome either seeing a doctor on the same day or a prescription. On arriving at the surgery, we were guided into the corridor outside the treatment rooms, sent into have the jab/s done when the medic was free and then guided out the back door. The whole operation was well managed, handled with care and good grace. Any stress was negated by the staff who made the atmosphere very pleasant.

Flu jabs booked for both children. Seen immediately. Nurse who saw us is the kindest, most efficient nurse we’ve ever known. Jabs cannot even be felt when she gives them. Thank you.

Brilliant practice, very easy with the new booking system to get appointments. I needed help this week with an ongoing issue, I was able to get a on the day appointment and referral right away. The doctor I see at the surgery was incredible, they listened and action the treatment I needed . Most importantly I always feel listened to. I would definitely recommend fairbrook medical centre 5* practice.

We changed our appointment system 25.09.2024 to a Total Patient Triage model and we are also so pleased with the results so far. Our Care Coordinators are still on the phones to help any patients that may not be able to fill in the form, or need alittle help.
