I attended my appointment this morning and was greeted by a lovely member of staff who was going to take my bloods. The nurse made the whole process less daunting and painless. For a person who does not like such procedures, nurse's professionalism and friendly talk helped me to take my mind off of what was going on. I was happy and thankful as throughout the appointment I did not feel any anxiety. What a great member of Staff!

Appreciate the 8am appointment so could still do school run. Went in sleeveless top for bloods as it is usually a nightmare with multiple attempts and today I was in and out in a few minutes… really appreciate it and no bruising! Thanks Natalie

Dr was very good, she examined me and was thorough, she asked me to have blood tests, which I did have done this morning , she was very caring and I didn’t feel a thing, the results should be back by about Tuesday. If there are any concerns the doctor will contact me once they have been seen. Very pleased with the service I have received.

This morning i had an appointment with the nurse ( not aloud to give name) at 9.40. Not only was the appointment on time, but I was greeted with a smile. The needle was painless, the communication was excellent and the appointment was flawless. It was a pleasure to meet the nurse, thank you.

I felt heard and supported by my GP. She was empathic and did not rush through the appointment. I left feeling satisfied that all issues that I had raised were going to be addressed adequately.

I received the most wonderful treatment from paramedic at the surgery this week. He listened to me, made me feel like I was being heard and was so kind. He explained everything so well. I didn't feel rushed. He then gave me a follow up call a few days later to see how I was, which was great service no one has ever done that before. Thank you for your wonderful care you have given me. I appreciate your hard work. If everyone was like you then more patients would feel happier and would get the treatment they needed. Thank you 😊

Had cancer scare, my doctor and practice were fabulous getting me an urgent appointment. Once at that appointment they were also great as was all checked out in one day and happily all good news . Thank you. You do a great job.

What a great addition to the surgery the paramedic is, so knowledgeable on viruses and antibiotics. Also takes the time to explain to you. A very pleasant appointment today 29th April 2025. Thank you.
