I had a telephone appt. with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. I usually find her very pleasant and committed anyway. This time was no different. Although my signal was bad due to me travelling, I managed to discuss what I needed to and tests were put in place. Another excellent consultation..

leaving this review after having a very upset wife after here appointment with the diabetes nurse, she was supposed to have a phone call that never happened. as she was getting concerned after getting very low blood sugars at night i looked up on google what to do until she spoke to the nurse. when the nurse rang a day late and saw her low blood sugar reading said carry on with what your doing. This is fine but what we was doing we got from google and she was reducing her insulin randomly as she has never been given any advice on this. So what is the point of having a device that constantly monitors blood sugars if that data is not used. Then to top of the call my wife found out that the call that was never made was put down by the nurse as a did not attend as how can you not attend a phone call when she was at work with the phone next to her.

I felt the receptionist I actually spoke to about test results was quite dedicated in facilitating and enabling some clarity and reassurance from members of the medical staff. Very kind and conscientious member of staff. I was very grateful

Although the Surgery cancelled my original appointment and I had to wait a long time for it as a pre-bookable, I have to say it was worth the Wait and the quality of the consultation was excellent.. The GP was so thorough. The GP is not listed as a partner but has been there a while...I was really listened to. I felt safe and in good hands, especially during these changing times with health services
