   I have been registered with this practice for over twenty years. When I ring the surgery to ask to speak with the duty doctor/see my usual doctor I always receive a callback, usually within two hours. The staff who answer the phones/take information from callers are always courteous and helpful. If the doctor who responds to the call feels that I need to be seen I am invited to come to the surgery on the same day. The doctors in the practice always refer onwards to specialist hospital services if and when required. I highly recommend registration with this practice.
