Amazing practice that go above and beyond to help the people they care for whilst simultaneously keeping my mind at ease about the care being given to me.

  2. Review titled Lovely practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

The nurse in this practice is so experienced when giving my newborn his immunisation injection. I thought it was going to be very difficult but before I could realise it, she was done.

  3. Review titled Service deteriorated

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Ian Shakeshaft - Posted on 28 May 2023

Been a patient at this practice for over 30 years, in the past i have always had good service and always found the staff and doctors - friendly, professional and helpful. During and since Covid the service has deteriorated Dramatically! Covid wasn't my fault, had all my inoculations and followed all the rules - why did the service levels chang??? A lot of people have trouble with modern technology and should not be expected to 'do things on line'!??? Sadly now trying a new Surgery.

Good morning Ian, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is great to hear that you received a good service during your 30 years with us here at Eastlands Medical Practice. The covid pandemic was a difficult time for patients and service providers. A lot had to change in a very short space of time. Whilst we appreciate some patients felt the service deteriorated, we feel that we adapted well and continued to provide the best service we could during such unprecedented times. The way patients interact with primary care has continued to become digital in a lot of ways and this is the case across the country. There is work going on nationally to improve patient access to general practice. This is something that we as a practice will be working on during the next 12 months, whilst keeping in mind that some patients do not have the ability or access to digital services. I am truly sorry you feel that you would like to try another practice. I hope you find a new surgery that is right for you. Alex - Practice Manager

  4. Review titled Shocking

Rated 1 star out of 5

The practice has gone down hill. Communication from the surgery is shocking, no response to emails, no updates on prescriptions. Try to make an appointment and can’t get one for weeks, get a telephone appointment and won’t give a time- if you miss the call they don’t try again, even if you call straight back and explain you missed it due to being in work. Massively let down by this surgery

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Robert Carrington - Posted on 01 March 2023

Doctors keep changing my medication to medication that doesn’t work. Causing distress as am disabled and need medication that works.hospital recommended my medication and it worked fine until the practice started changing it .have told doctors many times that I need my original medication.thay reinstate the original then after a few months change my prescription again back to medication that does not work at all.its disgusting.again without consultation
