Seen within a short time of appointment time. Testing carried out efficiently and speedily. Doctor answered any questions simply and straightforwardly.

When I went to my recent appointment. She seemed to have dismiss everything I was saying and she had rushed me. I didn’t get all my questions answers and apparently at the time the service was down and there was no wifi which I completely understand but I feel as though I didn’t get what I meeeded across and the help or advice I need. Very unprofessional and upsetting.

There was no waiting it was on right time I was not convinced with the Dr as i m venerable patient he was rushing said there too many patients to look after as I was suffering from severe left leg pain which was unbearable n I showed him that i can't bend my leg he just prescribe common pain killer l m still in severe pain he never suggested X Ray or scan what next I should do l am using crutches to walk this was my last visit on 13th August at 1120am I m in severe pain please give me a appointment as quick as you can Thank you very much

Doctor was good but doctor was rushing because of fixed time of 10 Mins. It's very short time and you can't explain properly about your problems and time is over.

My appointment was for 11am. I received a text message the night before as a reminder for the appointment. The following morning when I went to the GP for my appointment they changed it to 12pm without informing me despite the text message reading 11am. I waited for ages before having to ask why my name had not been called out. Only for the lady at the receptionist to say “oh yeah your appointment is at 12pm”. I felt so upset as when I tried to ask why I was not informed it got thrown back in my face and and was told it was not their problem when it really is their problem. I informed the person taking my bloods of this and they also said it’s not their problem. This is a horrible GP with horrible service. They do not care for the elderly. I did not feel as if they took care of me and instead I felt more stressed. Do better!!!!

Late appointment scheduled i had a appointment 11:15 am. But it's almost 11:30 when they call my name. I booked a appointment for my discharging and and conductive hearing difficulties but but it's take nearly one month waiting list. My ear getting dry with the discharging and make it a blocked my ear canal with dry discharge. Doctors covering aa good communication on patients and understanding the actual issues. I really appreciate it.
