The nurses and doctors were polite friendly and helpful they asked me how I was feeling they took my blood pressure they took my weight and asked me for a blood test ask me device smoke I said yes five to seven cigarettes switching to Vaping or e-cigarettes.

Despite two phone calls over a five-day period regarding my medication, I have not heard back. Really poor performance

The nurse was very helpful and took time to listen to me. As I asked questions my concerns. She was very good as she answered to me. I felt so comfortable too

Visited yesterday for my little one and new Lady dr was there she was so kind and helpful she listened him care fully what he was saying and going through it and gave me a medicine as well as suggestions.

I took my dad for a diabetic review and blood test, very helpful, very welcoming and accommodating. Will answer any questions you may have and there is no attitude or sign that they have an issue answering your concerns, we have as a family used this practice for many years at different locations and have always been happy with the service provided.

In July l visited the surgery due to pain in shoulder, Dr. Checked me properly and advised Ultrasound after complete checkup by asking meaningful questions as well as physical movement of the shoulder, l did on 3rd of September, soon I got the message from Surgery to book an appointment for result discussion, l booked it , further experience will share you. This is the present issue, l also visited surgery on 17th September for foot diabetic check up, got very nice service from the staff.

Not had a good experience as I have been suffering with this problem more than 5 years. Each time I go the doctors they say different things which I am now worried. As I was trying to give more details about my problems the doctor cuts me short.

The welcome experience was helpful and quick. The doctor who saw me was polite, welcoming, open, engaged me in the discussions and decisions, explained the processes in detail and made me feel like I was being listened to.

Very caring and makes you feel comfortable. I felt comfortable and cared for. I was satisfied with the way I was attended to.
