I have a family member with complex needs and they pulled out all the stops to ensure those needs were meet. I am so grateful for the help they have given.

Dr. Bath, Marian and all the staff provided me great support from day one. Especially during my time as I was grieving for my daughter's death. I received a great empathy from all the staff I come across during the grieving period. Customer care a good communication skill of the entire staff is appreciated. I wish that in all nhs such professional medical personnel should provide care to Uk population.
