The worse surgery in Bradford, they never answer the phone and today I was on hold for almost 2hrs until the surgery closed but they left me on hold while they went home.

i have been attending this surgery for many years, I can say the service is amazing. the staff are always so helpful and welcoming, also able to help with my medical needs.

I had to go to order my repeat prescription and I I'm disabled and have mental health issues that wouldn't allow me to order on the font so I had to make my way to the surgery and when I good my meds days later some of it wasn't there was missing it not the first time it has happened the service is adimal

We apologise that you feel you have not had the service you would expect, although we do not normally order prescriptions over the phone we do make exceptions for our patients who have underlying conditions. Please note you can also order your prescription on line, please contact our reception team in order that you can set up this facility. Once again we apologise for the confusion.
