the doctor was very good and put me at ease. She was very thorough and helpful and has made arrangements for my ongoing treatment and I am very satisfied with the treatment I received. 👍

The female doctor was very helpful and didn’t make me feel embarrassed. She was empathic when I was upset and I came out with peace of mind

Very helpful and understanding helpful information to questions and medication I am using. Given detailed lnfomation about ongoing tests and follow up appointments to be arranged with appropriate professionals. Again very impressed with my doctors time spent explaining symptoms of my problems.

I met my new GP for the first time last week, my past experiences at the practice have met be good so it was with some trepidation. I am a recovering head and neck cancer patient who has had a truly terrifying time and still not fully recovered. I found her to be empathetic, knowledgable all the things you would expect but, most importantly of all, when I was speaking to her she wasn't writing, tapping a keyboard or fiddling. She sat quietly and listened. She explained things to me and I was able to ask her questions. She told me what her plan was, when she would ring me, future blood test dates and what to do in between. She has done precisely what she said she would do, including telephoning tests results to me today. She said to me 'I will look after you' and I absouletly believe her. My treatment has not been good and tbh I had pretty much given up. I am hoping now that the problem has been identified and unfortunately it is serious, that we will be able to get it sorted out, although she tells come there's no quick fix, at least I now know and I am not going totally mad!!! I guess really, Its a great relief that I have at last I have a Dr, a point of contact, that will actually sit and listen to me. I am truly grateful for that it's a huge relief. I hope she is happy at the practice and continues provide this level of care.

I have spoken with a doctor on a number of occasions now, and she has taken action on all occasions to try and sort out the issues I currently have. I am very pleased with her assistance
