The doctor called as I'd been told she would. She was professional, very articulate and efficient. She also sent me a couple of links that work correctly too.

On my first face to face meeting with my new doctor, she warmly greeted me, told me she was my new long term doctor and efficiently went through my ailments. I came away with a feeling of confidence in my having a good and knowledgeable doctor. Which is good.

Surgery waiting area looked unclean and unprofessional, had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Then I was told to book my blood test at the hospital, as it would be quicker. Lo and behold the next available appointment is over a month away. Just a joke.

I felt I was being listened to and was not being rushed and fobbed off as I have experienced in the past with my previous GP at this practice. Thankfully he has now left the practice! It was overall a good experience. I found the doctor showed empathy and great listening skills.

Dr was very pleasant and efficient introduced themselves to me listened to what I had to say would definitely see this doctor again only difficulty I had was getting an appointment I had ti wait 7 weeks fir my appointment

Doctor said she would call and I wasn’t hanging around all day waiting for the call. She was very supportive and I felt listened to throughout.

Today I visited my new GP at Dowlands Medical Centre. All I can say is what an amazing kind and caring lady she is and completely understood everything that was going on with me unlike my previous GP there .it’s so refreshing to have a wonderful GP bearing in mind the strain the Nhs is under and the workload that they have genuinely left the GP surgery feeling a lot better

A really nice experience, it was my first time meeting the doctor who put me completely at ease and listened to all my problems. Her response and actions were what I was hoping for, a very satisfying visit.
