    I tried to sort out a simple question via the phone and on e consult, I was assigned an unnecessary appointment to be seen for no more than 5 minutes. I felt like I was time wasting through no fault of my own. Not great use of the doctors time.

Please note that all eConsult requests are triaged by a clinician who assesses each query and determines whether a face-to-face appointment is needed. In your case, the clinician deemed that your request required an in-person consultation to ensure you received the most appropriate care. We recognise that this process may not always align with your expectations, and your feedback highlights the need for clearer communication about how our triage system works. I will review your comments with our team to explore ways to refine our processes and improve our communication, so patients better understand the rationale behind scheduling appointments.     The nurse showed compassion and care . She made sure I understand the microbiology of the potential illness and what will be the next steps . It made me feel taken care of . This happens all the time I go to this GP surgery.

    HRT review, looked at current medication, discussed various options, referred me to menopause clinic, advised to take vitamin B , discussed brain fog and.d weight but forgot to discuss the option to use weight lose drug due to forgetting

I'm pleased to hear that during your HRT review your current medication was examined, various options were discussed, and you were referred to the menopause clinic, along with advice to take vitamin B and discussions about brain fog and weight. I’m sorry, however, that the option to use a weight loss drug was inadvertently omitted during your consultation.     Awful waiting time in the phone to speak to someone in Reception, iver an hr wait but once able to see a GP the care and consideration from the GP was above and beyond.

    It was time for smear, which all women dread. The nurse was kind welcoming, the room was warm, I was given a privacy sheet and made to feel as comfortable as I could be. The nurse was as gentle and as quick but professional as she could be. If I had her every time I would never worry again. She should be used as an example to other practice nurses, thank you

    I have encountered a few receptionists at this surgery since I tried to join in July 2024. It was a very unpleasant experience till I met a receptionist in September who made it possible. Very emphatic. I wish I knew her name. Receptionist yesterday Friday 15/11/2024 in the afternoon was phenomenal, very helpful. She gets a 5 star ⭐️ from me
