    It was the fastest appointment , on time. The nurse was very polite, she explained everything to me in detail. It was a pleasant, unexpectedly fast experience.

    Appointment was at 5.30 got seen at 6.15, wasn’t impressed by gp, also asked about another issue , which he looked at but didn’t seem to want to give any advice

    Was able to choose and book my appointment easily once I had used e-consult. However, if you don't access e-consult at 8am as soon as it's live then by 8.10-8.15am it says all slots are full. Not good enough. Should be able to access e-cobsult at differing times during the day. People work and aren't allowed phones at work. They are penalised by your system. Stagger availability of e-consult slots throughout the day.

    Doctor was polite and listened to my Daughter’s concerns but nothing changed and he wanted us to come back in a months time, so have to go through the E-consult system all over again. Nothing will be any different in a months time, frustrating.

    From the day I was booked till I had my appointment, the reminder was massive that I didn't even need to wait for my to do list alarm. And the lovely lady that attended to me did it professionally in a compassionate manner Overall, I love the service

    Went in for routine cervical screening on the 28th of feb. The nurse took the time to listen to my extensive list of related issues and made the relevant referrals/test requests during the appointment. She showed genuine empathy and willingness to investigate said issues. All this in addition to providing a relaxing and swift screening. Came away from the appointment with reassurance and validation and it couldn’t have gone better!

    we found the Tv showing of GP being under enormous pressure. Was an interesting watch however have felt we have wasted two GP appointments Due to the GP not taking a thorough history or examination in first consultation. The second appointment was booked before results were back which again did not involve taking a history or examination therefore it could have been done over the phone.
