    I asked to see a Doctor to review my medication for asthma. The medication I was prescribed was giving me a number of unpleasant side effects. At the review the Doctor said that I could stop using the medication. My breathlessness would be further reviewed when I see the respiratory nurse at the end of the month.

    I cannot praise enough the I had in may.they were friendly, efficient, modern thinking. The doctor was very thorough with the examination, with excellent results . ..a pleasure to attend Hendford Lodge! .

    Even on time. Very efficiently dealt with, and further treatment discussed. Leg ulcers dressed and advice given on keeping leg dry.

    Wonder experience with the nurse who works in room 21 she was very pleasant, polite and friendly. Very professional and attentive. Thank you so much you are amazing.

    On arriving at my appointment, Dr was only running a little 5 minutes late . When I went in and explained my situation with an on going problem, he listened and explained the best way going forward , which was very reassuring, also I spoke to him about some other matters, while I was there ,and he listened to me , gave me a prescription for one of my illness, and put my mind to rest over a scan I had a few months a go ,that I was worry about ,but after he explained it to me I felt so much better ,i couldn't have seen Dr's

    GP acknowledge I needed to book a GP appointment from consultant that I did. This led to an easy to book appointment within a week. Understanding GP appointment with different options to try.

    First time I used e consult and was very pleased it worked and got a reply the next day. The link to book my follow on appointment did not work , and the appointment with the same GP I saw most recently was a week away. I still had to ring but luckily had not to wait too long for an answer. The receptionist was very helpful and I got an earlier appointment with a different GP as the same GP would have been 2 weeks to wait. My follow on appointment to review my recent blood results with the GP was good. He listened to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed. I did have a plan of what to say but got distracted in the detail. I don't know if there were notes from my previous appointments and concerns. I guess there are notes. A little more guidance from the GP would be useful. Maybe a question like what is your main concern at the moment? I have noticed that different GPs asked what I want from this appointment. I would like advice from discussing my concerns. I would like guidance of what to do next. Also to help me to focus on the main concern. I would like reassurance which was offered. All in all I was happy with the appointment. GP was friendly, reassuring and patient. I was just disappointed with myself as I had the feeling I did not make the most of it and got distracted.

    I find trying to make an appointment quite challenging at times. My most recent experience was a phone call. I made to the surgery telling them that E consult booking system was not available on at latest 4 times I tried to book my latest appointment. The receptionist said she would make me an appointment and I would get a text message to confirm however this didn’t happen. I did eventually get a slot by using E consult and the process did work well and I was able to get an appointment with the GP about my hearing issue. This process did take almost a month. I know it was a routine appointment but you need to make it easier. I am computer literate but older patients must really struggle.

    I have been dealing with this issue for a while. I was asked to send pictures of my darkened toe nails which I did. It was never sent off to dermatology on both occasions as I was told it would be. The online referral was finally done in my presence and I hope it has been sent off

    Doctor pretty much on time which was nice. Listened well, didn't rush, very thorough and gave good practical advice. Didn't have to wait long for him to ask a female colleague to come into room as had to remove clothing for him to look at skin problem on my hip. Going through e-consult seems to get you a quicker appointment than ringing up.
