My appointment was on thursday at 5 oclcok,my gp was rude,and not helpfull,didnt try to help me i had to push everything to at least have a blood test.He didnt want to be there,not sensitive to any issues you have,i dont like the same doctor please next time,i didnt feel good with him

Visited the Surgery yesterday was seen by a very nice Lady Doctor made me feel very much at ease listened to all l had to say and was very empathetic to my needs l left her Consulting Room very satisfied with what she had prescribed for me

I don't like the appointment process, very long winded, what happened to talking to someone and booking an appointment. To much reliance on technology.

Great Drs surgery. I have never struggled to get an appointment when needed for either myself or my children. The e consult works well and I always get a response. The doctor understood my needs and provided me with the necessary treatment. She has told me to go back in a few weeks if the problem persists.

Few years ago, it was hard to book an appointment by phone and call staff was not nice at all. But recently, they changed a lot. Even though there is a long que for call appointment, their attitude are nice and they also can call back us.

The only slightly difficult concern was arranging the appointment using their e-service and waiting for the triage. Attending the health centre was a good experience, both reception and the were excellent.

I asked to see a Doctor to review my medication for asthma. The medication I was prescribed was giving me a number of unpleasant side effects. At the review the Doctor said that I could stop using the medication. My breathlessness would be further reviewed when I see the respiratory nurse at the end of the month.

My visit was on appointment time Dr gave me a full stats review & has referred me to cardiologist ref chest pains. I now have to have ECG But I was only allowed to ask about 1 issue another appointment would be needed for anything else

I cannot praise enough the I had in may.they were friendly, efficient, modern thinking. The doctor was very thorough with the examination, with excellent results . ..a pleasure to attend Hendford Lodge! .

Even on time. Very efficiently dealt with, and further treatment discussed. Leg ulcers dressed and advice given on keeping leg dry.
