    I called the practice to make an appointment and the receptionist informed me that I would get a call from my doctor the following day. To my surprise, he called me back within two hours and meticulously addressed my complaints. I was very impressed with the quick response I got.

    Called early in the morning for an appointment for a family member and was given fabulous service over the phone and an appointment on the day all my queries were answered i personally have so had very good care from this practice and have been with them for many many years

    Booked my appointment in person, friendly reception staff. Doctor called as promised, listened carefully to me and resolved my concerns promptly.

    Very professional and helpful doctor in charge. Reception staff and nurses courteous and diligent. Sometimes, when calling the practice, the wait time on the phone can be long, but when visiting in person I receive prompt attention.

    It takes them 50 minutes to answer the phone, and the just want hang on you without giving the referral dates, and do not listening to my case to help me in other occasion, the start with rising there tone and reply in bad manner.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for your comments -I am really sorry to hear of your experiences at the surgery there is new manager at this post if you wish to have a one to one regarding your complaint he will be able to organise a meeting on Wednesday anytime from 2.00 pm to 4 .00 pm. There is new telephone system in place and we endeavour to answer all call that comes to the surgery . We will look into your request regarding referrals as this is hospital led service we can provide minimum help in this regards. We will work with our local PCN and to help us to deal with extra capacity of calls that come to surgery as means of handling all calls during the day .     The entire practice is a shambles. The phone service takes over 40 mins to pick up. Not set up properly to self-serve online. Can't book a female health test unless within 2 weeks then there are no appts avail - so many women must have given up on getting tests. I asked for blood test for hormones - they did blood checks but didn't check hormones so have to go back a third time for this. They regularly message all patients to come for a specific surgery - then there are queues out the door. Every element is difficult.

    It takes at least 1h for them to pick up the phone, when they do they’re very impolite and not helpful at all. I’ve been going there for 5 years and I’ve always complained but nothing ever changes.
